Our Neighborhood

Rich in history and continually bustling, downtown San Antonio has something
for everyone, any time of day. The Riverwalk is San Antonio’s Central Park.
Tourists drive from all over the state to visit the Riverwalk and all you
have to do is walk out of the front door of the Exchange. Restaurants,
hotels, parks, shopping and entertainment venues are all within walking
distance. If you work in one of the nearby buildings you can walk to work
and not hassle with car ownership. How nice is that? Additionally, the
night views in all directions are breathtaking, whether being nestled among
all the other historic buildings outside or watching the headlights and
taillights of the highway traffic. Ahh, the night life.

Our Amenities

The Exchange Building is a registered historic landmark and it feels that
way when you walk in. Because this is a converted office building, every
apartment has walls of windows. No other apartment in town has as much
natural lighting as the Exchange. The exposed tall ceilings combined with
the wall of windows create a “wow” effect when you enter your apartment.
Newly remodeled units have granite countertops with undermount sinks and
cabinet mounted microwave ovens; no more microwaves taking up counter space.
Trash chutes are located on every floor and there are four floors available
for laundry at no charge. Two high speed elevators won’t keep you waiting
if you’re in a hurry. The two maintenance men (Angel and Isaac) are the
best in the business and usually have repairs completed within 24-hours.
The lounge and fitness center are beautifully appointed and tempting. Add
to these amenities the new restaurant that is opening on the ground floor
later this year. Just another reason why you need to live at the Exchange.
